Down in Phase-2 at Plot No. 287-1 and 2-A, that’s where you’ll find our setup. Vertellus Speciality Material is a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the plant. We work with materials that go into a lot of other products people use every day, though nobody really sees the work we do. The area is typical for Phase-2, lots of concrete and big gates, and it gets pretty hot in the summer months. Inside, we have a routine that we stick to pretty closely. We check the stock, monitor the processes, and make sure the materials are handled properly. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in boots and work clothes because things can get a little messy when you’re dealing with industrial materials. We have a small break room where we all sit around and talk about the news or whatever else is going on. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve had to deal with our fair share of equipment breaking down or shipments being delayed, but we just fix what we can and keep going. We don’t spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People who need what we make know where we are, and we just focus on making sure they get what they asked for without any fuss or unnecessary delays. That's the way it's been for a long time now.
