We are located in Phase-3 at Plot No. 2704-7. Dealing with packaging means we see a lot of boxes, tape, and materials passing through our hands every single day. It’s a pretty large space because you need room to stack everything properly. Most of the time, the floor is covered in scraps or rolls of stuff we use to get things ready for shipping. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we are just a packaging crew doing what needs to be done. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend an hour or two fixing a belt or a motor, which can be annoying but it’s just part of the day. We have a small group here and everyone knows their role. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting people. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working near the loading dock. It gets dusty in here sometimes with all the cardboard, so we try to sweep up when we have a spare minute. We just focus on getting the orders packed and out the door on time. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No one here is wearing a suit or tie, just boots and work shirts. It’s practical work for practical people. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
