At Umedica Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time inside the facility at Plot No-221 in Phase-2. It’s a quiet area compared to some of the other industrial zones around here. We have to keep things pretty tidy inside because of the nature of the work we do. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see a lot of people hanging around outside. We focus on what’s happening at the benches and with the equipment. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a close-knit group over time. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a front desk and then the work areas. The routine is fairly strict because we have a lot to get through every day. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking things to make sure nothing was missed. We don't really do much in the way of sales pitches or fancy marketing. People know we are here in Phase-2 and they come to us when they need things done. The building is functional and we’ve added some stuff to it over the years as we needed more space for storage. It’s just a place where people work hard and try to do things right without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished before heading home for the day.
