We are located at the Panchratna Complex, right by the Char Rasta on NH-8. Being near the highway means we see a lot of trucks and traffic all day long. Toyota Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of units 204 and 205 for a while now. It’s a construction business, so things are often a bit messy. We have maps and blueprints spread out over the tables most of the time. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it's just boots and everyday clothes because we might need to head out to a site at any moment. The office is more of a base camp than a corporate headquarters. We handle the planning, the hiring, and the materials from here. It’s a lot of coordination. Dealing with sites and workers and weather can be a headache, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not let it get to us. We just take things one project at a time. There aren't any fancy words for what we do. We just build things. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we are barely in the office at all. We like being near the NH-8 because it’s easy to get to different project locations from here. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We just keep building and moving on to the next thing when the job is done.
