About Suman Fabrics Ind – Fashion & Trends in Valsad
It’s just a regular shed here in the GIDC, C1-200/A B to be exact. At Suman Fabrics Ind, we don’t spend much time worrying about how the walls look. They could use a fresh coat of paint, honestly. The machines make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the time, we are just moving rolls of fabric around or checking the meters. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the roof. We usually keep the big sliding door open to get some air. There's a small tea stall a few sheds down where we go when we need a break. The floor is concrete and stays a bit stained no matter how much we sweep. It’s just how industrial work is. We’ve got a few guys who have been here for years, and we all know the routine. No one wears suits or anything. It’s mostly just dusty shirts and heavy shoes. Sometimes the electricity goes for an hour, and we just sit outside and talk. It’s a quiet enough street except for the trucks. We don’t have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the back sorting through the latest batch. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We've got a lot of inventory stacked up which makes it hard to walk through the aisles sometimes. It's just a place where we do our work.
