Gujarat gets incredibly hot in the summer, and being in the 3rd Phase means we are right in the thick of the industrial action. There’s always the sound of trucks and the smell of various processes going on nearby. Our building at 1813 is nothing special to look at, just a solid place where we get our work done. We’ve been part of the Vapi Gidc community for a long time. The floors are concrete and the ceilings are high to help with the heat. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy website; we’re just a bunch of people who know how to run the machinery. Most of our days are spent checking on the production lines and making sure nothing breaks down. If something does break, we fix it ourselves right there on the shop floor. It’s a noisy and busy environment, but we’ve grown to like the rhythm of it. Sometimes the rain gets so heavy in Vapi that the roads in the Gidc flood a bit, which makes getting to work an adventure. But we always show up and get the job done. It’s just how we do things here. We just focus on the manufacturing and don't worry much about anything else.
