Shakti Bioscience Ltd. is over in Vapi, specifically at the Lic Sector on Silvassa Road. It’s a busy part of the GIDC area. Most days you'll find us working on the bioscience stuff. It's not flashy work but it keeps us busy. We've been here for a bit now. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we have a local feel even though the work gets technical. We deal with various batches and keeping the lab running right. Sometimes it’s hot in the plant, especially during the summer months here. There’s always something to fix or a shipment to check on. We try to keep things organized but you know how it goes in a busy warehouse and lab. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the chemicals are handled correctly. We don’t have a fancy office with big glass walls. It’s more about the work we do on the floor. People usually just drop by if they need something or give us a call on the landline. It’s a tight-knit group here. We know the neighbors at the other units pretty well. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you are driving down Silvassa Road, you might see our sign near the 411/1 spot. It's just a regular workplace where we try to get the orders out on time and keep the equipment in good shape. It isn't perfect, but it works for us.
