We operate Priyesh Lables Pvt. Ltd. from Plot No. C-1-b 248/13/14 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a long address, but we are easy enough to find once you are in the estate. We’ve got printing machines running most of the time. We make labels for all sorts of products, mostly stickers and paper tags. The smell of ink is pretty strong when you first walk in, but you stop noticing it after five minutes. We have big rolls of paper and plastic stacked up against the walls. It’s a busy environment. We spend a lot of time checking the colors and making sure the alignment is right. If the machines break down, it’s a real headache, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance. The lighting is bright so we can see the small print on the labels. There’s no corporate lounge or fancy coffee machine here. We just have a small kettle in the corner for making tea. Our team is small, just a few people running the presses and one person handling the accounts. We get orders from all over the GIDC. It’s a practical business. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just make sure the labels look like they are supposed to and deliver them on time. It’s what we’ve been doing for years now. Just regular label work for regular customers.
