We operate from Plot No. 246, specifically Shed No. A-2-15, which is near the Nathani Paper Mill in the 2nd Phase of Gidc Vapi. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks coming and going from the paper mill. Our shed is usually filled with cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and rolls of packing tape. We spend most of our time packing up people’s belongings or loading things into the transport trucks. It is physical work, and it gets pretty hot inside the shed during the middle of the day. We have a small area where we keep the logs of all the moves we’re handling. The floors are often covered in bits of tape and scrap cardboard by the end of a shift. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. The 2nd Phase of Gidc is a big area, so we often have to give people directions to find our specific shed near the mill. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the best ways to wrap things so they don't break. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We show up, pack the loads, and make sure the trucks are ready to head out to wherever they’re going next.
