Mukta Imports

We are over at B -117 City Centre in Bhadakmora Gidc, Vapi. If you know Vapi, you know it is mostly factories and warehouses, so being in the City Centre area is a bit more central for us. Mukta Imports deals with a lot of different things coming in from various places, so our day is usually full of checking manifests and tracking containers. The office isn't very big and we have files stacked up on almost every flat surface. Vapi can be really humid and sticky, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast if the power is holding up. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs agents or people at the port trying to figure out why something hasn't arrived yet. It’s a lot of waiting followed by a lot of rushing around once the goods finally show up. We have a small team here and everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to helping move boxes when the delivery truck pulls up. It’s not the most exciting work but it keeps us busy and there is always something new to learn about how shipping works. We don't have a big sign or anything, just our door in the corridor. Most people who come here already know what they are looking for and we just try to get it to them.
