Our office is called Shanti Developers and we are located right across from the 21st Century Hospital. We are also very close to the Gunjan Cinema and opposite the Prime Hotel, so we are basically in the middle of everything in this part of Vapi. Being near the cinema means there’s always a crowd and plenty of noise, especially in the evenings when a big movie is playing. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at. It’s a practical space where we keep our blueprints, site photos, and all the legal documents for the projects we work on. We spend half our time here at the desk and the other half out at various building sites. It’s a lot of running around and making phone calls to suppliers or workers. Vapi is a fast-growing place, so there is always some new construction happening nearby. We’ve been involved in local development for quite some time. The office can get a bit hectic when we have several things going on at once, but we manage to stay on top of it. We aren't some big city firm with shiny glass walls. We are just local people who know the area well. We like the fact that our neighbors are doctors and hotel staff. It feels like we are part of the community. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings us.
