Microfilt India Pvt. Ltd. is based at 247/2 in the second phase of Gidc. Like most places in this industrial estate, it’s a functional building designed for work rather than looking good. We’ve got our equipment set up and the staff knows their way around the floor. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you don’t have your own transport, but we’ve all got our routines down. The air in Gidc is usually thick with the sounds of machinery from the neighboring units. We don’t mind it much. Inside our walls, it’s just a regular bunch of people doing their jobs. We have a small corner for files and paperwork that always seems to be growing. There’s no corporate lounge or fancy coffee machine here. We usually just bring our own flasks or get something from the local tea stall. The second phase is a bit more crowded than it used to be. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go while we’ve been at this address. Microfilt India Pvt. Ltd. just stays focused on the daily grind. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long meetings about goals. We just look at the schedule and try to get everything out the door on time. It’s a honest day’s work in a plain building, and that’s plenty for us. There isn't much more to it than that.
