If you go to the Girnar Khusboo Plaza near the Vishal Mega Mart in Vapi, you’ll find us on the third floor. We are in Shop No. 351 at Plot No. 209. Lucky Manpower Recruitment Agency is basically a small office where we help people find jobs in the local factories around Gidc. It’s a busy building with a lot of foot traffic. Our office has a few chairs for people waiting to fill out forms and a couple of desks where we keep the files. It isn't a fancy corporate setup. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza is broken, so we have to climb the stairs, which is quite a workout. We talk to a lot of people every day, from guys looking for labor work to factory owners needing more hands on deck. We keep a lot of folders with resumes and contact details. It gets a bit hectic when a new plant opens up and everyone wants a spot. We don't use much technology besides an old computer for printing things. Most of our work is done through phone calls and face-to-face chats. We just try to help folks get work so they can support their families. It’s a simple service and we’ve been at it for a while now in this part of Vapi. The landlord is okay, and we get along with the other shop owners on our floor pretty well.
