Krinsha Industries (Dedhia Group)

Krinsha Industries is part of the Dedhia Group and we’re set up at Plot No. 1310/4 in the third phase of GIDC. This part of the estate is always full of activity. We have a fairly large space, but it’s mostly taken up by industrial equipment and raw materials. The sound of the factory is something you just get used to after the first week. We have a crew that’s been doing this for a long time, so they don't need much direction. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won't find anyone in a tie here. We’re mostly in grease-stained shirts and sturdy boots. The office is just a little corner where we keep the ledgers and the phone. It’s not a place for long meetings; we’d rather be out on the floor. Moving heavy items around is a daily task, and the forklifts are always buzzing back and forth. It’s an honest day’s work. We don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the production numbers where they need to be. The third phase can get quite dusty, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just push through it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that fits the way we like to do things here in the GIDC. We’ve been here a while and it suits us just fine.
