We are situated across Plot No 1613 and 1614. Having the two plots together gives us a bit more room to breathe, which is good because organic processing can take up some space. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while and the building is starting to show its age a bit. There’s always some leak to fix or a door that won't shut right, but we manage. The work involves a lot of mixing and monitoring different batches throughout the day. It’s not the kind of job where you can just sit down for long. We’re always on our feet checking the vats or moving drums around. The smell can be quite strong depending on what we are working on that day, but we don’t even notice it anymore. Our neighbors at the other plots are mostly used to it too. We aren't a fancy setup with lots of staff. It’s just a handful of us who know the routine inside and out. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and usually wrap things up by late afternoon. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to update the stock list. It’s more about the hands-on stuff here. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure we don't run out of raw materials before the next delivery comes in.
