Ideal Dye Chem Industries

Ideal Dye Chem Industries is down here at Plot No. 156 on the Silvassa Road. We’re part of the GIDC area in Vapi. It’s a real industrial town, so there’s always something moving or some noise happening. We deal with dyes and chemicals for different industries. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, to be honest. You’ll see different colors on our floors and sometimes even on our own clothes. We have these big tanks and vats where things get mixed up. The smell of chemicals is just part of the daily life for us here. We’ve been in this specific plot for a long time now. Vapi has grown a lot around us since we started. We have a small group of workers who know the recipes by heart. We don't have a big marketing department or anything fancy like that. We just make the batches and ship them out to whoever needs them. Sometimes the humid weather makes the drying process take a bit longer. That’s just the deal. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by to visit, you’ll probably find us near the loading dock. We drink a lot of chai during our breaks to keep going. The trucks come in and out all day long. It gets noisy with the engines and the mixing machines running at the same time. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to make sure the colors come out right and the orders get filled. It's just a regular factory day.
