Harihar Organics Pvt. Ltd. is located in the 3rd Phase of GIDC in Vapi. Our specific address is Plot No. C-1/1901/19 20, and it’s a fairly large space compared to some of the others nearby. Vapi is known for being a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the surrounding plants. The weather here can be quite intense, especially during the monsoon when the rain just doesn't seem to stop for days. We have to keep a close eye on the storage areas to make sure everything stays dry. The plant runs on a tight schedule, and there is always something that needs maintenance or a valve that needs turning. It’s not the kind of job where you can wear a nice suit to work. We are all in our work clothes, dealing with the smells and the heat of the industrial processes. We’ve been operating here in Gujarat for quite a while and have built up a steady routine. The office is just a small room with a few desks and a lot of technical manuals. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders. Our main concern is just making sure the batches come out right and the workers are safe. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve gotten used to the pressure over the years. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward. It's hard work, but it's what we know.
