We are located in the GIDC area of Vapi, specifically at 6307/a in the 4th Phase. If you’ve ever been to this part of Gujarat, you know it’s all about the factories and the industrial buzz. Our place is tucked away among all the other manufacturing units. We spend our time working with polymers and bonding materials, which is where the name comes from. It’s a practical setup with a lot of heavy machinery and storage areas for raw materials. The air always smells a bit like chemicals and plastic, but that’s just the nature of the job. Our team is a mix of local guys and a few people who travel from the nearby towns. We don’t spend much time in meetings; we’re usually out on the floor making sure the batches are coming out right. The Vapi weather can be quite humid, especially during the monsoon, which makes things a bit sticky in the warehouse. We’ve been at this 4th Phase location for a good while. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We handle the shipping and the receiving ourselves most of the time. There’s always a truck coming or going, and there’s always something that needs to be fixed or adjusted. It’s a busy life here in GIDC, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work.
