Gayatri Industries

Gayatri Industries is located at Plot No. 320-14 in the 40 Shed Area of the Gidc in Vapi. Vapi is a pretty industrial town, and our spot in the Gidc is right in the thick of it. The 40 Shed Area is exactly what it sounds like, a collection of sheds and units where all sorts of things get made. Our plot is one of the smaller ones, but it’s plenty for what we need. The shed has a high ceiling which helps when it gets hot, and it definitely gets hot in Vapi during the summer months. There is always a lot of noise around here, with the sound of machinery and trucks echoing off the metal walls of the sheds. We have a small office partitioned off from the main work area where we keep the papers and the phone. It’s not very fancy, just a few chairs and a desk that has seen a lot of use over the years. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know all the neighbors. Sometimes we share a tea or just chat about how the day is going. We don’t do any big advertising or have a polished website. Most people find us because they are already doing business in the Gidc. It is a hardworking environment and we just focus on getting our part done correctly every day. That’s the long and short of it for us here in the shed.
