We're situated in the GIDC area of Vapi, specifically at Char Rasta. Our shop is Number 19 in the Globe Chamber building, right across from the Bank of India. It’s a very industrial part of town, so things stay pretty busy around here with all the trucks and workers. We’ve been at this location for a long time. The shop is usually filled with all sorts of electrical parts and supplies. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. Being in Vapi means we deal with a lot of factory requirements. We aren't corporate people. We wear our regular clothes to work and don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. Most of our customers are people we've known for a decade. We don't do any of that modern marketing or social media stuff. We just open the shop, answer the phone, and help the people who walk in. The traffic at Char Rasta can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it's part of being in a central spot. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping things moving. It’s a basic business, nothing more, nothing less. We just want to keep working and providing for our families. That's the main thing at the end of the day. You can usually find one of us here until about seven.
