Dharani Electricals is located right on the ground floor of the Raghuvir Complex. If you know the Vapi area, we are just opposite the VIA, in the GIDC section. Vapi is a pretty industrial place, so there’s always a need for electrical supplies and bits and pieces for the local factories. We’ve been at B-21 for a good while now. The complex itself is usually busy with people coming and going from different businesses. We keep a lot of stock on hand because people usually want things right away when something breaks down at their site. Our shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space to store wires, switches, and whatever else comes in. It gets hot in Gujarat during the summer, so the ground floor location helps a little bit with the heat, though not much. We spend our time talking to electricians and plant managers who need parts for their projects. It is a straightforward business. We don't have a marketing team or a big flashy storefront. It’s just us behind the counter, looking up parts in catalogs or checking the back room. Most of our customers are locals from the GIDC area who just need a place they can go to get their gear. We like being in this spot because it's easy for people to find once they get into the industrial zone.
