Biryani House-A Non Veg Only

The kitchen gets pretty hot during the lunch rush here on Chandan Steel Road. We are right beside V-Xpress in the New Gidc area. Biryani House-A Non Veg Only is exactly what it sounds like. We don't do any vegetarian food here, just meat and rice. Most of the guys working in the industrial area come by when they are hungry for something heavy. We spend a lot of time prepping the meat and getting the spices right. It’s a busy spot because of all the factories around us. The road outside can be quite noisy with all the trucks passing through. We start early in the morning to get the pots going so the food is ready when people start their breaks. It is a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't spend much on decor because people come for the food, not the looks. Sometimes the smoke from the kitchen fills up the room, but nobody seems to mind much. We keep it focused on the non-veg menu. It’s what we know how to do. Being in Gidc means we see the same faces almost every day. It’s a rough and tumble kind of area, but it works for us. We just keep the fires burning and the rice steaming throughout the day. The smells from the kitchen usually let people know we are open long before they see the sign.
