We are based out of Plot No. A1-284/4 in the Gidc area. At Bharat Resins Ltd., the day starts pretty early. There is usually a bit of a chemical smell in the air, which is normal for a place like this. We’ve got the vats and the storage tanks all set up. It’s an older facility, but it gets the job done. We don't have a lot of fancy technology; it's more about the experience of the guys who have been working the machines for twenty years. They can tell if a batch is right just by looking at it. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure things aren't leaking. It's a lot of manual labor. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for decades. We are just a regular part of the Gidc landscape. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three trucks show up at once and we only have one loading bay. We just figure it out as we go. It’s not always smooth, but the work gets done eventually. We have lunch under the tree outside when it’s not too dusty. It’s a simple way of working. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a resin plant in a busy industrial zone. We keep our heads down and work. It's the daily routine here.
