Our place is located in the 3rd Phase of GIDC in Vapi, specifically at C-1/2609. If you know Vapi, you know it is a massive industrial zone where everyone is busy with something or other. Ashdeep Ind Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for years. The building isn't brand new, but it serves our purpose well enough for what we do. We have some heavy equipment inside and a staff that knows how to handle the daily load without needing a lot of supervision. Most of the guys here commute from nearby villages or live in the worker housing around the estate. The traffic in the morning near the GIDC gates can be a bit of a headache, so we usually try to get in early. Inside the gates, it’s mostly just the sound of the plant running all day long. We aren't the kind of company that puts up big banners or tries to talk over everyone else. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out or a machine needs a part from Mumbai, and those are the days that test your patience. But usually, things go smoothly. We eat lunch together in the small break area and talk about family or the local news. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living in a town built on industry and hard work.
