Artek Home Care is situated in the Vapi GIDC area. Specifically, we’re at 30-a in the 1st Phase. Being in an industrial zone like this means we’re right in the middle of all the manufacturing action. We make and distribute home care products. It’s a lot of work involving production lines and packaging. The office is attached to our main workspace, so you can often hear the machines or the sound of boxes being moved around. It isn’t a polished corporate environment. We wear practical clothes because things can get a little messy sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. The roads around here can be rough, especially during the monsoon season when the puddles get deep. Most of our staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit like a small community. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on making things that people actually use in their houses every day. Our desks are usually covered in product labels and testing sheets. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place to work. We don't have a fancy waiting room for visitors. Usually, people just come to the side door or call us from the gate. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make decent products and keep the business running. It's hard work, but we’re used to it by now.
