Ani Reinforced Plastics

We are over at Plot No. 2L-5308/1 5309/6 in the 4th Phase of Gidc Vapi. Ani Reinforced Plastics is the name on our paperwork. It’s a large enough plot to handle the materials we work with. The 4th Phase is a bit more spread out than the older parts of the Gidc, which is nice for moving larger items around. We have a lot of space for the molds and the resin. The smell of plastic is something you stop noticing after the first hour of the shift. We have a couple of large fans that run all day to keep the air moving. The floor is stained with various colors from different jobs we’ve done over the months. It gives the place some character. We usually have the big shutter doors wide open to let in the light. In the rainy season, we have to be careful about the dampness, but we’ve got a system for that. The staff here mostly stays to themselves and gets the work done. We have a small corner for tea breaks. The furniture in the office is old but comfortable enough for doing the daily logs. We don't really have a receptionist or anything; you just walk in and find someone. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time on anything that doesn't involve the actual production. It’s just how we operate. It works out fine for us.
