Our workshop is located in Shed L-183-3 over in Gidc, Umbergaon. It is a basic industrial shed, so there isn't anything special to look at from the street. We do different kinds of manufacturing jobs here. The concrete floor usually has some oil spots or metal scraps on it depending on what we are working on that week. We use a variety of machines. Some of them are quite old, but they still run perfectly fine. We don't see any reason to replace something that isn't broken. Umbergaon is a busy town with lots of small units like ours. We know most of our neighbors. We often borrow tools or help each other out when someone is stuck. It is a good little community of workers. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. You just walk in through the main door and find someone. Usually, we are all in the back working on a project. It can get pretty loud with all the grinding and cutting going on. We handle a lot of small orders for other local businesses. We don't do any big advertising or marketing. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. People know we do a decent job for a fair price. We aren't trying to be the biggest company. We just enjoy running our own shop and doing honest work.
