Our shop is in GIDC Vapi, which is a big industrial area. We are located in Girnar Khushboo Plaza, specifically offices 10 and 11 on the first floor. We’re right near the Vishal Mega Mart, so that makes us easier to find for people who aren't familiar with the GIDC layout. We deal with all sorts of electrical supplies, from basic wiring to more specialized parts. The office is usually full of boxes because we get deliveries almost every day. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, trying to walk between the stacks of conduits and switchgear. We have a small counter where we talk to customers who drop in. Most of the time, we’re busy checking invoices or testing parts to make sure they work like they should. It gets dusty in Vapi, so we’re constantly wiping down the shelves and the display items. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We’ve got a few people working here who know the inventory inside and out. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s more of a warehouse-style office where business gets done. We keep a pot of tea going for most of the morning. It’s a loud, busy environment, but that’s just life in the industrial estate. We’ve been in this plaza for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. If the light in the hallway is flickering, we fix it.
