Power Equipment Company

We've been at Plot No. 6200-3 for a while now. It’s an "L" Type Shed here in Phase-4 of the Gidc in Vapi. The area is always busy with trucks coming in and out. If you’ve ever walked around Phase-4, you know how it gets in the afternoons. It gets pretty hot inside the shed, but we have some fans going. Power Equipment Company isn't a huge operation, just a group of us working day to day. We handle the gear and machines that come through. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we’re always cleaning off the surfaces. Vapi is a noisy place, but you get used to it after a few years. Our shed is easy to spot if you know where the 6200 block is. It’s nothing fancy, just some metal walls and a concrete floor where the work happens. We drink a lot of chai during the breaks. Usually, someone goes out to the local stall to bring back a few cups for the guys. The neighbors around us are mostly doing similar work, so it feels like a real community here. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us in our work clothes getting things done. It’s just how it is. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the space is enough for what we do. It's just a regular workplace for us.
