E-Process House

If you head over to Phase-2 of the Gidc in Vapi, you’ll find us at Plot No. 136-F-1. E-Process House is what we call it. Vapi is always busy and the roads are usually full of trucks, so getting here can take a bit of patience. We do processing work here, which involves a lot of technical steps and watching over the equipment. The building is a bit newer than some of the ones in Phase-1 but it still feels like a workspace through and through. We have some computers in the front office for the data and the paperwork, but the real action is in the processing area. It’s a bit cleaner in here than a typical foundry or machine shop because of the type of work we do. We try to keep the temperature steady, which is hard with the Vapi heat outside. Everyone has their specific job to do and we mostly just get on with it. We drink a lot of water throughout the shift. There isn't much for a visitor to see, just a lot of people focused on their screens or the machines. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now and we like being in Phase-2 because it’s a bit more organized. It’s a straightforward place and we don't put on any acts for anyone who walks in.
