N. T. Panchal Plast

We are based in the GIDC Industrial Estate in Umbergaon, specifically near the Sanghvi Wood Company. Our daily work involves plastic manufacturing. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the factory is a familiar sight for anyone who works in this part of the estate. The shop floor is always active with the sounds of machines and the movement of workers. We make a variety of plastic items, and the process is pretty straightforward. We have the raw materials coming in at one end and the finished parts going out at the other. It is a hot and noisy environment sometimes, but that is just the nature of manufacturing. We don't have a big corporate team or a glossy brochure. We just focus on the machines and making sure the molds are set up correctly. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us for years. We know how to get the most out of our equipment, even the older machines that need a bit more care. Being in Umbergaon is good because there are plenty of other industrial businesses around, so it is easy to get things delivered or shipped out. We don't spend time on big speeches or mission statements. We just show up every morning, turn on the power, and start the production line. It is honest industrial work, and we are happy to be a part of this community. It keeps us busy all year round.
