Rheal Home Decor Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 1710 in the GIDC Estate. It’s an interesting place to be because even though we do home decor, we are tucked away in an industrial area. Our space is filled with all sorts of materials and finished pieces waiting to go out. It’s not like a high-end showroom you’d find in a mall. It’s more of a working warehouse where things actually get made. There is usually a bit of sawdust or fabric scraps on the floor depending on what we are working on that day. We have a small group of people who are pretty good with their hands. We don’t really have a reception area, so if you visit, you just kind of walk into the main workspace. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We spend our days cutting, sewing, and putting things together. The GIDC estate is busy, so there are always trucks moving around outside. We’ve been here for a while and the building has seen better days, but it works for us. We just focus on the items we’re making and try to keep up with the orders. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't use any fancy sales talk, we just let the items we produce speak for themselves.
