You’ll find us on Road No. 32 in the GIDC Estate, specifically in the Chemical Zone at Plot No. 3205. It’s a specialized area, so the smell of the zone is something you get used to after a while. We’ve been operating here for quite some time now. The building is mostly dedicated to production, with just a tiny corner for the paperwork. It’s not the most comfortable place to sit, but we aren't here to sit around. We are usually busy with the vats and the mixing equipment. It takes a lot of attention to get the chemicals right, so we don't have much time for small talk. The floors are often stained and there's a lot of pipework running along the ceiling. It’s an industrial environment through and through. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just have our daily schedules and safety lists. Most of our neighbors are doing similar chemical work, so we all understand the pace. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially in the heat, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the product out to our customers without any mistakes. It’s straightforward, no-nonsense work that we do day in and day out. Sometimes we spend the last hour of the shift just cleaning down the equipment for the next morning so we can start fresh. That's just our routine.
