Hitech Plast Ltd. is based at Plot No-4923 in the Plastic Zone. It’s exactly what it sounds like—a lot of companies doing similar work all in one area. The smells of manufacturing are pretty strong around here, but you get used to it after a few days. Our building is a large space where we keep the molds and the raw materials. It’s a bit of a hike to get to this part of the estate, but it’s where the actual work happens. We aren't a big office with people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get messy with the machines. We just keep our heads down and handle the production side of things. There’s always a forklift moving somewhere, and the sound of the compressors is constant. We don’t really do any fancy advertising. Most people who need our services already know where the Plastic Zone is and how to find us. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks, like checking the quality of the latest batch or making sure the shipping labels are correct. It’s a practical environment. We have a small room for lunch breaks, but most of the time is spent on the workshop floor. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to. We just keep making what needs to be made and don't make a fuss about the noise.
