Elcom Door-Communications (I) Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 4 in the Thakorbhai Industrial Estate. You’ll find us near the Water Works Cross Road, right off National Highway No. 8. Being so close to the highway is handy for getting around, though the traffic can be a pain sometimes. We focus on door communication systems, which is a fancy way of saying we work on intercoms and stuff like that. Our workshop in the industrial estate is where all the assembly and testing happens. It’s a practical space filled with tools and parts. We aren't much for polished presentations or sales pitches. We just show people how the systems work and help them pick what fits their building. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or putting together orders for customers. It's a small, hardworking team here. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and we like the community in the industrial estate. Sometimes we grab tea with the neighbors when things quiet down. We just want to make sure the equipment we send out actually works for the people using it. If you’re driving along Highway 8, we’re just a short turn away. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place where we value getting the work finished correctly. There is usually someone here from early morning until late evening, making sure we stay on top of the schedule.
