We are located in the Bhagyodaya Co-Op Housing Society, specifically in D Wing, room D-304. Our address is on the Umbergaon Station Road in the Dahad area. Since we are based inside a residential housing society, our office doesn't really look like a place of business from the street. You have to walk through the main gates and find the correct wing to get to us. It is generally a quiet place to work, although you can always hear the traffic from the station road nearby. Being so close to the Umbergaon station is a big help because it is just a short walk for us to get there. Our office is basically just a regular flat that we have turned into a workspace. We have a couple of desks set up, some samples of the abrasives we work with, and plenty of files and paperwork. It is not a showroom where people come to browse; it is just where we handle the day-to-day operations and phone calls. Sometimes you can hear children playing in the hallways or the sounds of the other residents, which makes it feel very different from a standard corporate office. We prefer this setup because it is quiet and the costs are lower than renting a big commercial space. From the balcony, you can see the other buildings in the society and a few trees. It is a simple, no-nonsense way for us to run our small business here in Umbergaon and we like the local feel of it.
