Alok Masterbatches Pvt. Ltd.

Alok Masterbatches is located out in Dadra, specifically at Survey No. 248/1 and 249/1. We are in the Valsad Faliya area, not too far from the Jain Temple. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the big cities, which we like. Our work involves a lot of colors and mixing, so you’ll often see traces of different pigments around the facility. It’s not a perfectly clean environment, but it shows that we’re actually working. We have big bags of material stacked up in the warehouse area. The smell of plastic and heat is pretty much always there. Our team is local, and many of them walk or ride their bikes to get here every morning. We don’t have a lot of meetings or complicated structures. We just know what needs to be done for the day and we get to it. The temple nearby is a nice landmark, and sometimes you can hear the bells if the wind is blowing the right way. We’ve built this place up slowly over time. It’s not a high-tech lab with white coats; it’s a factory where people work hard and get their hands dirty. We take our breaks together and talk about what’s happening in the village. It’s a steady life and we’re happy to be part of the Dadra community. We just keep our heads down and get the mixing done.
