Our facility at Plot 195 and 196 in the GIDC area of Umbergaon is always busy. Since it’s an industrial zone, there is a lot of dust and noise from all the factories around us. We work with components, so you’ll see metal parts and crates stacked up all over the shop floor. It’s definitely not a place for anyone who likes to stay clean. We wear our old work clothes and spend most of our time out in the heat of the warehouse. The building can get pretty stuffy in the summer, but we’re used to it. There is a small corner with a desk and a computer for the admin stuff, but that’s about it for office space. Most of the real work happens where the machines are. Umbergaon is full of people like us, just making things and moving them out. We don't have time for fancy marketing or a polished image. We just focus on the production schedule. The roads around the GIDC are full of potholes, so we always have to watch out when the trucks are coming in for a pickup. It’s a bit of a rough environment, but it’s what we know. We don't have a big team of executives, just the guys who show up every day to get the parts made. That’s more than enough for us to handle without making things complicated. It is just the way an industrial plot works.
