We’re located on the 4th floor of the Kakaria Excellenza building on Daman Road. Chala is a busy part of Vapi, and being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, though we don’t spend much time looking out the windows. The office is usually full of the sound of calculators and people talking on phones. Dealing with money and files means we have to be careful, so there are always stacks of documents around. It isn’t a sterile environment; there are tea cups on the desks and sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a humming noise that we’ve just learned to ignore. We’ve been in Vapi for quite a while, and most of the people who come in are locals we’ve known for years. We don't use big words to explain things. We just sit down and talk about the numbers. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a regular office with regular people. We have our busy seasons where everyone is working late, and quieter times when we can catch our breath. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a uniform person. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s an honest way to run a business. We focus on the math and the paperwork, and that keeps us occupied every single day of the week.
