Bapu Restaurants Llp is situated out near the Naroli Fatak, right by National Highway 8 in Village Bhilad. Being near the highway means we see a lot of travelers passing through. It’s a simple place, and we don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. The building is a bit older, and you can hear the trucks rattling by all day and night. We started this because there weren't many places to get a decent meal around this stretch of road. It’s a family effort, and everyone has to help out with the cooking and cleaning. We don't have a manager or a boss in a suit; we just all work together. The village life in Bhilad is quiet, except for the highway noise. Sometimes we have issues with the water supply or the internet goes down for a few days. We just deal with it and keep the kitchen running. We don't use any complicated recipes or try to be trendy. It’s just basic food for people who are on the road. The monsoon season is always a challenge because the road gets muddy and things slow down. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the local drivers know us. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We are just here to work and make sure people don't leave hungry. It is a humble spot for a quick break.
