Swapna Srusti Construction is based on the second floor of Pruthvi Corner, right above the Mahendra four wheels showroom. We are located at the Jkatnaka area in Balitha, Vapi. It’s a busy spot with cars coming and going all day long. Our office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking over project plans. We’ve been working on various building projects around Gujarat for some time now. It’s not an easy job, especially with the weather and the material costs jumping around, but we stay at it. Most of the time, our engineers are out at the sites, so the office can feel a bit empty except for a couple of us handling the paperwork. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk up the stairs and find us. We deal with contractors, workers, and suppliers every single day. Vapi is a fast-growing place, so there is always something being built nearby. We try to keep our projects on track, even when things get complicated with permits or rain. We are just a group of people trying to build solid structures for the folks around here. If you know the Jkatnaka junction, you can find us easily. Just look for the Mahendra sign and head to the second floor. It’s a plain office but we get the job done.
