Bajarang Vegetables & Food Co

We are right in the middle of the Apmc Market in Unai. If you know the cricket ground, we are just opposite that in Taluka Vasada. Bajarang Vegetables & Food Co is a busy place, especially early in the morning. That’s when all the crates of tomatoes, onions, and greens start arriving. It can be quite loud with all the shouting and the sound of crates hitting the floor. We spend our time sorting through what comes in from the farms. Some days the produce is better than others, and we have to spend extra time picking out the bruised bits. It’s a messy job sometimes. Our hands are usually stained from the vegetables. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep our records, but we’re rarely sitting in there. We prefer being out where the action is. The air smells like fresh earth and ripe fruit most of the time. We know the farmers who bring their carts and trucks here. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know which season brings the best potatoes. It’s not a polished business. There’s mud on the boots and dirt on the floor, but that's what you get in a market. We just try to get the food where it needs to go before it starts to wilt. It’s a fast-paced life here in Unai. Once the morning rush ends, we finally get a chance to sit down and rest.
