Our place is at Plot No 753/8 on the Atul Valsad Road in Parnera. It is a good location because the road is right there and it makes it easy for the trucks to come and go. We do agrotech work. Mostly we are focused on the technical side of farming. We have a lot of tools and equipment around. It is a dusty environment most of the time but that is just how it goes in this industry. We have a small crew and most of us live nearby. We have been at this spot for some years now. It is not a place for tourists or anything; it is just a working site. We have our workshop and a small area for the paperwork. We spend most of the day troubleshooting or fixing things. Parnera is a nice enough place to work. We know the other business owners along the road. We are just trying to keep things running smooth so the farmers can do their jobs. It is straightforward and honest work. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a to-do list that we try to finish by the end of the day. It gets hot in the summer and wet in the monsoon, but the work on the agro equipment never really stops for long.
