Art Glass Industries is situated right on N.H. No.-8 in Abrama Village. Being on the highway means we get a lot of noise from the trucks and buses passing by all day and night. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but that is just part of being out here. We deal with glass in various forms. In a place like Abrama Village, you get a mix of industrial vibes and local life. We spend most of our hours looking at sheets of glass and figuring out how to get them ready. It’s not a clean job; there is always sand or bits of glass around, even if we sweep. We have been here for a while now. The team is small, just locals who know the trade. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. People find us because we are right on the highway. Sometimes people stop because they saw the name while driving past. Working with glass takes a lot of patience. You can’t rush it or you’ll end up with a mess. We just take our time and do it right. The sun gets hot on this stretch of N.H. No.-8, especially in the afternoons. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. It’s a simple setup we have here. There is always a lot to do, and we just keep pushing through the orders as they come in.
