Anu Eye Hospital

Anu Eye Hospital is located right at the Char Rasta on N. H. 8. Being on the National Highway means there is constant movement outside. The dust and the noise from the trucks are just things we’ve learned to deal with over time. Our building is easy to spot because of its position at the crossroad. Inside, we have a section for eye exams and a place where people can wait. It’s a very practical environment. We have the charts on the walls for testing vision and some basic machines for checking eyes. It’s not a luxury setup. The floors are easy to clean and the chairs are sturdy. We see a lot of different people, from truck drivers who stop because something got in their eye to local families from the surrounding areas. The mornings are usually our busiest time when the light is good. We spend a lot of time explaining how to use eye drops or helping people pick out frames for glasses. There’s always something to do, whether it’s cleaning the lenses or updating the ledger. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just focus on the task in front of us. It’s a noisy, busy place but we like being right where the action is on the highway. It’s a straightforward eye hospital for anyone who needs us.
