Alok Masterbatches

Alok Masterbatches is situated at Survey No. 248/1 and 249/1 in the Valsad Falia area of Dadra. We are quite close to the Jain Temple, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. This part of Dadra & Nagar Haveli is fairly quiet compared to the bigger cities, but the industrial activity is still quite steady. We have a decent-sized facility here where we handle a lot of different materials every day. The work is mostly about getting the mixtures right and making sure the machines are maintained. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes that get a bit worn out by the end of the week. The weather here can get quite humid, so we keep the fans going all day long. We have a small team, and most of the guys live nearby, so they walk or bike to work. It’s a simple setup, really. We don’t spend much time on meetings; we’d rather be out on the floor seeing what’s happening with the batches. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it ourselves. We’ve been here for a while now and have become a small part of the local landscape. We just focus on doing our bit and keeping the facility running.
