Akshat Cooling Towers Pvt. Ltd. is located in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Killa-Pardi. If you know the area, you know C-1/130 is right in the middle of all the action. We build cooling towers, which sounds simple enough until you’re actually out there in the yard trying to fit the big fiberglass pieces together under the sun. The wind can get pretty strong around here, which makes moving the larger parts a bit of a challenge sometimes. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building with high ceilings and plenty of tools scattered around. There’s always a smell of resin in the air, and someone is usually running a drill or a saw. We’ve had the same crew for a while, and we’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed put in Killa-Pardi. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making the front office look like a hotel. Most of our time is spent out back where the actual construction happens. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty within five minutes of starting the shift. We just focus on getting the towers built and making sure the pieces fit like they’re supposed to. It’s a straightforward life in a busy industrial town, and we’re okay with that. There is always a lot of work to do before we can close up.
