Ahura Mazda Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Gidc Estate at plots 1640/3, 2, and 1. Having several plots gives us enough room to keep our manufacturing equipment and materials organized, though it still feels a bit crowded when we have a big production run going. The estate is a busy place with lots of other companies nearby, so there is a constant flow of trucks and workers on the roads. Inside our facility, it is all about the machines. We spend a lot of time maintaining the gear and making sure the production lines are moving along. It is an older style of manufacturing setup, where you can see the history of the place in the wear on the worktables. We do not have any slick marketing brochures or a big sales team roaming around. Most of the people here have been with us for years and know exactly how each piece of equipment sounds when it is running right. The office side of things is pretty basic, just some desks and old filing systems to keep track of the orders. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the news or the local area. It is a steady, quiet kind of business where the goal is just to finish the day's work and make sure the gates are locked up properly at night. We have been in this Gidc spot for a long time.
