We are located at 36/A in the Sona Darshan Society, right behind the Mukund Company in the Parnera area of Atul. This is down in the Valsad district of Gujarat, so it’s a bit of a different pace compared to the big cities. Hyderabad Industries Ltd has a presence here that’s very tied to the local industrial landscape. The office is inside a residential society, so it stays fairly quiet, which is nice for getting through the paperwork. You can see the hills in the distance on a clear day. We’ve got a small team here handling the local coordination. It’s not a fancy glass office. We have wooden cupboards full of old files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Most of the work involves talking to people at the nearby plants and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We’re currently looking for someone to take on some managerial roles because there’s more work than we can handle sometimes. It’s a straightforward environment. We start early to beat the heat and usually wrap up before it gets too dark. There isn't any corporate jargon used here. We just talk about what needs to get done for the day and who is going to do it. It’s a practical place to work, focused on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary fluff. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
