We are located in Nana Taiwad, which is right near the Masjid in Valsad. It’s a very local spot in Gujarat, and we’ve been part of the community here for some time. Our office handles the Hathway cable and datacom connections for the town. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a front desk where we take payments and a back area where we keep all the equipment. There is always a bit of dust because of the local traffic, but we try to keep the machines clean. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most people find out about us through their neighbors. When the internet goes down or a cable gets cut by accident during road work, we are the ones who go out to patch it up. It’s a lot of manual labor, climbing up and down. We know most of the people who come into the office by name. We usually have a pot of tea going and some local news playing on one of the test TVs. The atmosphere is relaxed but we stay busy. Valsad is a small enough place that word travels fast, so we just focus on doing the job right. We don't make big promises. We just work on the lines and try to make sure everyone can watch their programs without any trouble. That’s pretty much our daily life here, keeping the neighborhood connected one wire at a time.
